We are currently looking for a motivated and driven A1 Audio Engineer. We pride ourselves on the quality of our people and our commitment to cutting edge technology. This position requires someone with a consistent attention to detail track record and a willingness to put in the extra effort to exceed our clients expectations. Responsibilities Work with project managers and clients to determine the appropriate audio gear for corporate events, galas, sales conferences, etc. This can include scouting venues and meeting with clients directly to determine their specific needs. Set up and operate audio consoles, mics, backline and EQingtroubleshooting meeting venues for live events, both large and small. Specing and pulling gear from our warehouse and loading trucks for each event Help other crew members with other general duties associated with load in, set up, strike, and load out of live events. Maintain inventory of house audio gear. Keeping up with the latest industry trends and quickly adapting to and learning new technologies is required. General Responsibilities Normal business hours are 8 am to 5 pm but mandatory overtime is required when necessary. Maintain a safe driving record. Become knowledgeable of existing customers delivery practices (safe and permissible parking areas, entrance / exit ways) Adherence to Dress / Conduct Code. Assist in Inventory Control by maintaining accurate records and procedures. Participate in vehicle preventive maintenance by monitoring vehicle condition and safety on an ongoing basis. Become familiar with and adhere to company policies, procedures and systems (I.E. Rental orders, Freight, Cross Rentals, Routing, Etc.) Qualifications -5 years experience in corporate event staging. -High School or BA/AA degree. -Clean driving record. -Familiarity with digital consoles, various speaker systems including line arrays, wired/wireless audio comm and wireless microphone systems. -Ability to work independently, as well as, leading a crew. -Ability to travel and night/weekend availability. -Ability to lift 50lbs.
