Direct the daily activities of work crews and teams that receive, dry, store, and distribute grain
Perform basic elevator maintenance to include, monitor and adjust conveyors, elevators, drives,resolve minor breakdowns and perform basic cutting and welding where applicable
Operate all grain equipment to include receiving, probe, drier, and transfer/loadout related equipment
Provide daily work assignments and direction to the facility Grain Operators
Assistthe Facility Manager to ensure safety and environmental requirements are in compliance with Company policies and Federal, State, and local laws
Assist facility manager with incident investigation, proactives, and other operational metrics
3 5years experience in an industrial or agricultural environment
Grain, corn, soybean, or any dry bulk commodity movement experience preferred
A High School Diploma or GED, further education preferred
Knowledge of grain receiving and storage technologies
Understanding of standard software applications
Strong reading, writing, math and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
