Job Responsibilities:

Respond to billing questions from internal and external customers

Conduct research through internal billing systems to answer customers' questions

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken


Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Great interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information

Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software

1-2 years of customer service experience

Medical billing experience is helpful

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Location: Wilmington, DE 19803

Schedule: 11:00am-8:00pm

Pay Rate: $15.50
