Due to record growth, Hilyard s Business Solutions, headquartered in Wilmington, DE, has an exciting sales opportunity for a Outside Sales Representative in our New Castle county sales territory. This is a mature assignment that includes a stable current account base as well as large growth opportunities. You will be tasked with expanding and upgrading our presence within our existing base as well as adding to the base through new business opportunities.



We are also looking for Outside Sales Representatives focusing on new business and expansion of our existing accounts through new product offerings. We have positions located in Sussex County DE and the Eastern Shore of MD and Eastern Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects and existing clients, presenting programs and meeting sales quotas. Hilyard s Business Solutions provides a full range of benefits and sales training, including product knowledge, sales process and business development strategies.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales experience in related fields and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires daily travel within an assigned geographic area. A valid driver s license, reliable vehicle and current insurance are required.
Business to business sales experience is a plus!
Associate or Bachelor s Degree
Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (Verbal, Listening and written)
Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge
Ability to work independently and with a team
Mature and self-confident
Ability to work under pressure
Strong work ethic

Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
Meeting with and offering the latest technologies to our existing clients
Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold calling and lead generation campaigns
Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
