Job Description Section Overview As part of a select team of Sr. Desktop Support Analysts you will support approximately 1000+ end users of all levels in Wilmington. Responsibilities Troubleshoot issues with desktopslaptops, mobile devices, software, network connectivity, audio visual equipment, and other IT peripherals. Resolve tickets in a timely fashion in person, by telephone, or via e-mail. This is a key role and must have strong technical and customer service skills that are underpinned with the drive to live and breathe the business. Must have recent relevant experience gained in complex environments such as the financial service sector. Qualifications Experience with remote and deskside support. Experience supporting Windows andor Mac environments. Ability to cope under pressure and with deadlines. Excellent customer facing skills, comfortable working with all different levels of staff. Excellent communication skills.
