The IT Testing and Project Coordinator focuses on managing the overall testing components of IT projects and lead the testing effort for projects with multiple applications. In addition, the coordinator will also assist the PMO in managing entry level projects that come through the department.

Minimum Education and Experience:




Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field required

Master's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred


2 years IT testing or 1 year testing and 1 year project management experience

3 years testing and/or project management experience

Computer/Software Knowledge:

Microsoft Office products

Experience working with an Electronic Medical Records System


PMP preferred

Special Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Understanding of Bayhealth and user community
  • The ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues lists, and manage a comprehensive testing plan
  • Strong project management, testing coordination, organizational and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and apply knowledge to projects and testing efforts
  • Organized, energetic, and able to motivate team members while displaying patience and resiliency.
  • · Negotiation, facilitation, conflict resolution.

    · Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across many assignments

  • Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
