Avenica is currently recruiting for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate for this position is a college graduate that is highly motivated and interested in gaining experience in business, human resources, and client relations. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative :

  • Build strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention through exceptional customer service and the presentation, awareness and understanding of our products and services.
  • Ensure that all sales documents comply with established processes, policies and procedures and are documented sufficiently for future reference.
  • Help to cultivate relationships to drive sales
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish company goals and to identify and resolve problems.
  • Follow proper procedures for accurate and timely documentation of referral source or customers concerns, and most importantly, take appropriate corrective actions
  • Consistently learn and retain product knowledge as items get added and some discontinue
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required including, sending faxes, file preparation and maintenance of customer files.
  • Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative :

  • Bachelor’s degree - all majors encouraged to apply
  • Ability to think creatively and logically in a fast-paced environment with conflicting demands and priorities
  • Possess initiative to constantly improve processes and broaden knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with others to achieve best possible solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities
